Certified Oilfield Rentals, or COR as it is widely known as, was established in 1994 in Singapore and is now widely recognized as one of the primary suppliers of quality oilfield equipment to the Industry.

The company was established as a direct result of market demand for oilfield equipment of the highest quality possible.

COR has, over the years, acquired a significant inventory of high quality (oilfield rental) equipment. The inventory covers everything from downhole tubular, to well control equipment, handling tools and many other associated items. In addition to offering an extensive range of standard equipment, COR also holds one of the largest selections of higher technology equipment within the rental sector.

Since its creation COR has growth has developed at a steady rate. This has allowed the company to establish more stand-alone companies throughout the world in order to fulfill an ambition to service the global oil marketplace.

COR currently has local companies operating in eight countries, with representation through associate companies in a further fourteen countries worldwide.

In recent times COR have sought to not only provide the best quality equipment in the industry, they have also strived to continue to improve the level and quality of services that they provide to their clients.

This has resulted in COR entering into exclusively arrangements with third party companies who are experts in support services such as IT, Finance, Asset Management, QAHSE, Quality Inspection etc

Because of this multi-faceted approach, coupled with the desire to continually exceed client’s expectations, COR prides itself on having some of the most experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated personnel within the rental tools business.

Listed below are some of the milestones in COR's history:

June 1994:
Certified Oilfield Rentals Pte Limited is formed in Singapore .

March 2000:
COR goes truly international as Certified Oilfield Rentals LLC opens up a dedicated facility in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates

September 2001:
COR Singapore achieves third party accreditation to industry quality standard ISO: 9000-2001.

June 2004:
COR International is established in Dubai to act as a head-office focal point for the growing network of COR companies around the world.

July 2004:
COR LLC also achieves ISO 9001:2001 accreditation but also achieve the HSE and Environmental accreditations tool, ISO: 14000 and ISO: 18000.

September 2004:
COR Rentals Malaysia Sdn Bhd is formed to support COR's growing stature and market share in this region.

December 2004:
Certified Oilfield Rentals South Africa is established in Cape Town , South Africa , through the acquisition of its local agent Independent Oilfield Rentals.

June 2005:
Certified Oilfield rentals Qatar is formed to support continuing growth in the region.

October 2005:
COR expands into a new region, East Europe, with the creation of C.O.R. Services SRL in Romania .

COR is in the process of setting up its own independent operation in Indonesia aimed to be finalized by the end of 2005.
